Door Attendants:
Riverdale Hospitality is proud to be one of the first Valet Services in Toronto to employ FEMALE door attendants. Customer service is the focus of their job.
Situated at the hotel’s main entrance, our door attendant is expected to deliver superior customer service. They welcome guests as they arrive and ensure they leave the building safely.
Our attendants maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times. The door attendants provide porter services to guests and ensure their satisfaction and comfort by promptly and courteously responding to their requests.
Additional Services include such as opening vehicle doors, hailing taxis, using an umbrella to keep guests dry when arriving and departing. Keeping abreast of local activities and the area’s establishments in order to answer questions, provide recommendations and give directions.
